VIP bags - the new xscene

Heya, has anyone received the VIP bag that's supposed to be shipped, since they didn't have enough on site? Specifically, I went to the concert in Frankfurt. I know it's not been a month yet, but I've been wondering when to start stressing out, since they told me it would only be 20 days. 😅

"Survival tips" for solo concert goer

Hi, hope you're all just as happy and excited to attend the concert in Frankfurt as I am. I promise I'm a (somewhat) fully functional adult, but I'm also vertically challenged (158cm) and introvert with their fair share of anxiety, who has by now thought a gazillion times to resell their ticket, to avoid the crowd, etc. Unfortunately, my concert-bestie will not be able to attend the concert on Sunday, so I'll be there alone and I'm genuinely worried to not enjoy it because of the above mentioned reasons. It's also the first concert I'll attend that doesn't have assigned seats/areas and numbering. If you could give me some tips on how to deal with a couple of things, I'd be most grateful.

Is it okay to ask to move a little forward, in front of taller people, to be able to see, or would you perceive this as an annoying person who just wants to get closer to the stage? And, if you'd say it's okay, how would I best go about this in a potentially already crowded and very loud venue?

The information email we received yesterday mentioned that VIP ticket holders should check-in between between 14:30 and 18:00 but now I've seen people suggest one should arrive to start queuing as early as 8 or 9 in the morning, which has me kinda worried. Since I live a three hour drive from Frankfurt, I will not arrive in the city before 10 or 11 in the morning, and will then still need to do my check-in at the hotel and get something to eat. Is it reasonable to arrive between 13:00 and 14:00?

This probably sounds silly, but the info email said, "No bags, backpacks, and larger handbags are allowed inside the arena." What exactly does bag mean? Like, a shopping bag? Something big? Also, I have one of those clear bags (+/-18 x 30cm) with one strap going over the shoulder and closes more or less on the waist. The email said, "(...)fanny packs or small cosmetic bags not larger than DIN A4." Should I be fine or will this likely be considered (a) backpack-ish?

I'm really sorry if all of this sounds silly and thank you for any help. 😄
