I'm looking for beta testers for my DMX lighting software (nextDMX)
Hey everyone,
about a year ago I posted here about a DMX lighting software I was building from scratch called nextDMX. That post brought in the first wave of users and a lot of valuable feedback.
Since then, the project has grown a lot.
I've been building nextDMX solo, and it's now finally at a point where it's stable enough to start a real beta phase.
What nextDMX is:
nextDMX is a custom DMX lighting control software focused on being flexible and modular. I want it to sit somewhere between “beginner-friendly” and “power-user capable”. (view the old post to read more)
Right now I'm mainly looking for people willing to test the software, try different workflows and share honest feedback about usability, missing features and overall experience. The software is still very unfinished, so bugs and rough edges are expected.
This is not a finished product and it's not trying to replace established industry tools. It's a long-term project built from scratch, and the beta is mainly about improving real-world usability, stability and workflows.
