Could any senior explain how does hostel Allotment happens for 2nd years?? Like does the hostel application open for all 2nd, 3rd 4th years at the same time???

And if we prefer for single non AC rooms (Vinaya) then can we choose our floor and room no also??

And chances for getting inside (sv) single rooms for 2nd years??

Why are we not allowed to take our bags to the reading section. Like man i literally just cant carry all of my laptop, textbooks, notes, charger throughout the entire steps. Like literally man, it just feels so illogical with some of the rules that this clg has..

Any proper reason for not allowing to take our bags to the library reading section??
