Why is D incorrect?
Can someone please explain this? I picked D because I thought perhaps the eggshell skull/eggshell plaintiff rule would apply here, and D seemed like the closest option to that rule. How do we distinguish between "ordinary contacts of daily life" questions and eggshell plaintiff questions?
