I Love Being Obese!

15 months in, down 45 pounds, haven't lost an ounce in the past 3 months and... I don't care! Honestly. Could not be happier. Super stressful job where I'm in the public eye and photos of me that get published no longer make me cry. At 55, definitely thinking about getting rid of the goose neck, but all in good time! Hitting the gym 4X week and lifting heavy weights/looking cute in size L Fabletics with snatched waist and no boobage lost at 43-37-43 measurements. Batwings still in effect, but getting more toned all the time. Went to the doc, #s are all good. HOWEVER, I'm literally one pound away from being officially "overweight." Why are these numbers so weird? Help me find the motivation, tools, language or strategy to take this amazing journey to the next level! Keep in mind that I refuse to count calories, macros or weigh food. Nope. That part of my life is over. Forever. Rearview mirror on diet culture, for sure. But, this is so fun and I want to find the next enticing way to take advantage of the possibilities! We are all a part of a revolution of body AND mind. How are you measuring health, happiness and success that goes beyond the scale? Excited to set NEW goals and achieve them.
