Is it normal for strawberry flowers to brown after blossoming? I have some everbearing strawberry plants in a container. I picked off the first blossoms and the plants seemed to have established themselves pretty well. This is the second set of blooms. Most of the flowers were beautiful white but some had brown on them and many of the unblemished ones are starting to brown now as well. My theory is that this is the natural process but when I tried to verify this through online resources it seems like this isn’t normal? I am grateful for any help or advice anyone could provide.
