4 Years, 3 Bikes - Echelon Has a Serious Quality Problem
I wanted to leave a review/feedback for anyone who might be considering buying an Echelon bike.
I bought my original bike in March 2022 and am now on my third bike with Echelon (original plus 2 replacements). Both times my bike has failed it has been the crank arm, which in my opinion is a fatal flaw in their design. I struggle to ride the bike during my spin sessions the way I want to because I know it’s a when not an if that the bike will fail again. While I appreciate that Echelon will continue to replace the bike (for now), I’m just tired of having a bike that I can’t trust.
My suggestion would be to look at alternatives, as the quality will likely be much better.
