Is this supposed to fit like this?

Hello all.

I bought Astro A50 Gen5 2 days ago and immediately noticed on the mirror that the headband seems quite distorted while the earcups sit flush on my ears, the pic was taken after 2 hours of gaming so it's not fitment issue. The photo is mirrored selfie so it's not that I wore it on the wrong side, R was on my right ear and L was on my left one.

Is it gonna make any troubles along the way with the center plastic/cushion, possibly make it fall off or something?
