Implication of Random Processing of Buyback Requests.
Given the range of wait times borrowers have reported experiencing, clearly processing is not occurring in a first in, first out order. Clearly. So what? Doesn't that mean there is a pile of older requests, 650 + days, representing borrowers who are just stuck and being ignored? Is this not the dept of ed acting in bad-faith and isn't there precedent about that? and wait, I have heard of requests being held up waiting for information. For more than a year? two years? Really? Come on. born at night but not last night. Requests for information on microfiche can be fulfilled faster. Things can be made faster. food can be grown faster. How is this not just as clearly bad faith for those even waiting the average 465 days? Just because it is the average does not mean it is not egregious.
