Stores pay attention!
Seriously, stores need to start looking at the estimated arrival time for the Dashers. I’m tired of getting a double dash for the same customer, and having to shop for their first order while their second order just gets cold because the restaurant didn’t bother to look at the estimated arrival time. It will specifically tell them that I have another order I am fulfilling and that they need to delay preparing this order, but they never listen to it. It very clearly will tell them not to make the order yet, yet they just ignore it, make the order, let it sit for 20 minutes, and then get an attitude when you show up because it’s been sitting for 20 minutes because they don’t understand that the app stacks orders.
