HELP, I don’t know what to do.

I’m sorry, I’m still young and I’ve had no one to guide me. I lost my medicaid ever since I started working full time because I make over $1,700.00 a month. They put me in a “Family Plan” and that’s why it appeared as active on my app. Turns out it wasn’t and I need to pay a bill of $400.00 that I received. But I’m lost on what to do now.

The bill is from February 13th. I started my new job in December 17th and gave Medicaid my new job information on January 5th since I got my first paycheck on January 1st. It’s May right now, and I wasn’t aware that my Medicaid wasn’t active until today because it SHOWED active. I made a primary care appointment for Thursday and received that bill today from the last Urgent Care visit I had. I had to cancel it because I don’t know if I can pay out of pocket. I work 40 hours a week and make 18 an hour. I don’t know what to do. I really need to visit my primary care because I had some health issues last year that need to be checked. I know if you lose medicaid you get a 60 day grace period but it’s been months and I wasn’t even aware that I lost it because the app still says it’s active until June 2026. My job offers benefits but idk if I passed the deadline. I don’t know what to do or who to apply with.
