Hello. A few days ago I tried to improve the design of two of my most current drawings. I did what was once recommended to me and colored the white background to make it look less empty. I'd love to hear if anyone has any suggestions on this. And also their opinions. Do you think I made things worse?

A few days ago I made these two drawings for one person. It is assumed that the objective was to recreate these two covers of the bands Deep Purple and Van Halen with MLP characters. I'm still trying to make a better coloring. What do you think?
