Death Certificate v hospital records
Odds of payout? In an accidental death claim, an autopsy was performed. The DC says cause of death pulmonary edema, respiratory failure with the death being non violent. The hospital records say drowning.
This gentleman had a slew of health issues but was taken too soon.
What can be done to properly and efficiently present the case?
