Trying to make UGC feel less like ads. Does this work?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently building a outdoor & lifestyle personal brand focused around adventure, slow living, rooftop tent travel and naturally integrated product content.

Right now I’m experimenting a lot with storytelling driven short form videos instead of typical “ad style” UGC and I’d genuinely love some honest feedback from people in this space.

Do you think this kind of content/style has potential for UGC projects and brand collaborations?

I’ll attach one of my recent edits below. Would really appreciate honest opinions, things I could improve or what stands out positively 🌊

outdoor & lifestyle personal brand

Hey everyone,

I’m currently building a outdoor & lifestyle personal brand focused around roadtrips, rooftop tent travel, slow living and adventure storytelling.

This summer I’ve got several trips planned including Italy, the Croatian coast, the Dolomites and hopefully Sardinia later this season.

I create short form content and naturally integrate products into real moments instead of making them feel like ads.

Right now I’m looking for a few brands/products that fit this atmosphere and lifestyle. Especially outdoor gear, coffee gear, travel essentials, camping equipment, EDC or lifestyle products.

At the moment I’m totally open to product-based collaborations while building my portfolio and long-term partnerships.

For example content or portfolio work, feel free to reach out.

I created several cinematic outdoor videos for a portable coffee machine setup and currently building more adventure & travel focused content for the summer season.

Would love to connect!
