There needs to be more scrutiny of all of Foppoli's friends that turned a blind eye to what was happening. His 20-30 club joking about and by doing so, encouraging his behavior allowed this monster to continue. The PD refusing to report on the case until the Chronicle made their story- shady. The coverups and refusal to take any responsibility is disgusting. I hope the victims end up with a great settlement for the pain that entitled r8pist has caused.
