Be careful around this driver/car...
On Tuesday May 12th 5:40pm, I was stopped at the light at the south bound 101 exit & Tiburon Blvd/HW131, waiting to turn left/east in the left most lane. I glanced at the car next to me on my right, this gold/tan mini van (Toyota CA 9NNT369). I was a little startled as what I saw - the driver (40-50yo, lighter hair, medium height) had a Playboy or the like open resting on the steering wheel (I had no clue they still printed those type of magazines) and was pleasuring himself. Yes, all the windows in his car were down and the magazine was very visible to anyone who was near his car. I just happened to be stopped directly next to him to see his other activity. He also turned left/east, and then took the right turn down the access road to Strawberry/Safeway, No clue where he went after that turn as I was going straight. Yes, I did report it. They said they couldn't do anything unless they saw it themselves or there was video. No, I did not take a video or get a picture of the man as thankfully the light turned green a couple of second after it fully clicked what was going on.
