Is coaching needed from Class 9?

Honestly, I feel coaching from Class 9 is not really necessary for most students. Class 9 is more about building your basics and understanding concepts properly, especially in Maths and Science. NCERT and school teaching are usually enough if you study consistently.

Coaching can help if you’re very clear about preparing for competitive exams early or if you’re struggling a lot with concepts. But for an average student, it sometimes just adds extra pressure and takes away self-study time.

Personally, I think using Class 9 to develop a habit of regular study, solving NCERT, and understanding concepts deeply is much more important than rushing into coaching.

What do you all think? Is coaching actually helpful this early?

Should You Apply for Revaluation in 2026? Honest Guide for CBSE Students

If you just got your Class 12 results and feel like your marks don’t reflect your effort, you’re not alone. The big question is — should you go for revaluation?

Here’s the honest truth:

👉 Go for revaluation if:

You were expecting much higher marks (not just 2–3 marks difference)

Your paper actually went well (you remember writing solid answers)

You’re close to a cutoff (college admission depends on it)

👉 Think twice if:

You’re unsure about your performance

You’re expecting a huge jump (that rarely happens)

You’re okay with your current result

⚠️ Important:

Always apply for a photocopy of your answer sheet first. Sometimes the issue is totaling or unchecked answers — and that’s where you actually gain marks.

🎯 Final Advice:

Revaluation is a good option only if you genuinely feel there’s a mistake. Don’t apply just out of panic or peer pressure.

Sample papers vs PYQs – what actually helps more?

Honestly, PYQs help more. They show the real pattern, repeated questions, and what examiners actually ask.

Sample papers are good for practice and time management, but they can’t fully match the actual paper level.

Best is to do PYQs first, then use sample papers for revision and mock practice

Is NCERT enough for 90+? Honest answer

Yes… but only if you do it properly.

Most people just read NCERT once and think it’s done. That’s the mistake. NCERT ko 2–3 baar revise karo, line by line samjho, especially Science & SST.

Then add PYQs and sample papers — that’s where real prep happens.

So NCERT is enough, but sirf padhne se nahi, ache se karne se

Roz thoda padhna start karo, consistency zyada important hai.

NCERT and PYQs pe focus rakho, zyada books ke chakkar me mat pado.

Aur jo topics weak lagte hain, unhe avoid mat karo, wahi improve karte hain.

Aaj se start karoge toh 12th me easily better score kar sakte ho
