Help! My clones suddenly look terrible on day 6
So today is day 6 of starting peach tree clones. My bf did most of the work because he has experience cloning weed plants, but hes traveling for work, so I've been maintaining them.
He started them in these seed starting trays, in soil, using Take Root powder. We placed the tray in our kitchen beneath a southeast facing window. Since, I've been spraying the dome twice a day. Yesterday, I was watering the rest of the plants and I gave a few extra squirts directly on the plants for the first time. It was also super hot outside, so I turned on the ceiling fan since our a/c is out. I accidentally left it on all night. (Idk how many of these details matter, so just including them all).
This morning, day 6, the dome was dry for the first time, soil still moist, but several of the clones were droopy. They looked sooo healthy yesterday, I'm so upset. I watched a couple of videos that said too much manipulation and overcorrection could do more harm than good, so I sprayed the lid again and went about my day.
Now, it's evening, and the plants look even worse 😭 Near the tops of several, there are black/brown areas near the joints(?) Of the plants. Some have fallen over, and several have brown at the stem.
What do I do? If it's overwatered, do I take the dome off a little and let it air out? Keep the humidity dome on and keep squirting the dome? Are these still viable?
Any insight or suggestions are appreciated. Idk what Im doing, and bf is asleep.
