I'm writing a House of the Dragon fic with an OC character who has a BKA and his other leg has muscle atrophy due to illness. He uses a prosthesis for his amputated leg. I saw a video online of someone making a joke about the struggle of watching their sodium intake and keeping their leg and liner clean and still not being able to wear their leg (assuming due to swelling) and I've been wondering what other details I don't know as someone who doesn't have an amputated limb. Any information is appreciated, thanks!
