AMAZON Türkiye, wtf is wrong with you???
So I recently got my Creeproductions. You can see it in my previous post. In particular I wasn't happy with the dent at the top of my Venus Mcflytrap Doll's box which i got from Armağan which is a toy store in my country. It was a minor issue but nonetheless, it still bothered me because afterall its a collectors item and these dolls are very special to me so I just wanted it to be perfect.
So I had an idea. I'll just ask Armağan Türkiye to replace the doll or I'll get a refund and buy it again in hope a better condition box arrives at my house. Unfortunately customer service never responded to my request. Then I saw Venus going for sale in Amazon Türkiye for the correct price. So I bought her yesterday. And she just arrived an hour ago. The delivery guy exited the vehicle outside and brought the doll up to our apartment floor and i could already see the mess approaching. I could not believe my eyes when I saw that Amazon had the AUDACITY to put the doll box just like that into the most thinest cardboard paper package. Not even a cardboard box but an actual envelope type package. NO BUBBLE WRAP. NO CARE IN PACKING IT AT ALL. NO CARE WHATSOVER.
To say im dissappointed is an understatement. Im going tomorrow to return it via DHL express to amazon, im getting my money back and im keeping my original Venus Doll from Armağan that I got with the slightly dented top of the box. Im taking that minor loss over this absolute sh3tty mess.
In conclusion just having a pristine condition item in this world is impossible yall. To anyone else who is or had experienced this, im so sorry you had to go through that. This personally was my first time experiencing this and I feel awful. My mom actually got angry at me saying that I would give our money to useless things like this and that she will never trust me again. Personally I genuinely dont care because I was innocent and just wanted my item to be perfect in my collection but now I just gave up entirely. I will never buy a monster high doll from Amazon again. I was expecting a CARDBORAD BOX. Not a fricking envelope paper package to protect the doll and its box. This was just a pre-conditioned failure from the start. I was already suspicious when it said it would arrive the day after I made the purchase. I'm genuinely sad and disappointed. Im disgusted that we live in a world like this. But whatever. Im over it. I took my loss but I hope anyone else in this situation gets their money back and the correct justice to be served becuase this is unacceptable and disgusting.
