I always fail at OBEs; I can't seem to trigger the vibrational sensation myself—it just happens spontaneously. I try to stay calm and focused to achieve astral projection, but I always end up stuck at the lucid dreaming stage, and even that doesn't last long. I've tried various techniques, but I always lose the battle and fall asleep. Any suggestions?
