Is this a concern?

I have three Evenflo All4stages Slim car seats bought this August. Two of them have this weird separation on the seam of the base and one is even a bit wavy/dented on the corner as well. I can actually press in the section in the first photo a little bit as well. The rest of the base sits flush at this seam.

I reached out to the car seat company and they said this is normal flexion and the seats are safe. Should I investigate this further or is this truly not something I should be concerned about?

Car seat keeps coming loose in my Toyota RAV4 XLE.

I have 2 forward facing Evenflo All4Stages Slim car seats. One in my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and another in our 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I am able to achieve a tight installation that stays tight at the beltpath in my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek but not in my RAV4. In the RAV4 I will achieve a rock solid installation with no movement at beltpath and then a few days later, it’s suddenly loose and I’m able to move it quite a bit and even wiggle it quite loose. It makes me anxious about the safety. I am following the instructions to a T. Is there a trick to getting car seats to stay tight in a 2025 RAV4??
