Back clicks a good sign?
Has anyone noticed any back clicking usually in your mid spine area? Not full cracks just small little clicks and pops mainly more of a click sensation kind of like a loosening up affect the when I do any type of sitting twist or any torso rotation or even when I stand up straight I heard a lot of clicks in my spine. Is it normal? Is this signs of healing? Any input would be great thank you.
