Battery Plate/Cap
Hi Everyone!
I'm a fairly new owner of a Crosscore RC that I bought off of facebook marketplace. The seller was very nice and included a spare battery, but it didn't have the battery plate/cap (part number: X1V-F3438-00-00). So, I spent a few weekends ago in Fusion 360 and did my best to try and recreate the OEM part. It's not an exact 1-to-1 replication, because I couldn't recreate some of the features perfectly with my limited CAD knowledge :\ But, it seems to fit in my bike and holds the battery pretty well! I did try and make the locking tabs a big thicker to prevent any accidental battery disconnects, but I haven't owned my bike long enough for that issue to surface for me. Since the part is a little bit thicker than the OEM, it's a bit of a tighter fit, but I think I'll loosen over time? ¯\(ツ)/¯
For me, the main reason I modeled this part was because I wanted to add color to my batteries and to distinguish my two batteries apart.
I'm hoping this part helps out any Crosscore RC or Wabash RT owners who don't have battery plate/caps!
