Nigeria’s housing crisis won’t be solved with endless 3–5 bedroom estates. Most Nigerians are young, single, or a young family — yet affordable, efficient housing is almost nonexistent. We need to build small, fast, minimalist housing like you see across parts of Southeast Asia especially the Philippines.
The Idea
Affordable studio to 2-bedroom mini flats built with Interlocking Stabilised Soil Blocks (ISSBs) on standard plots. Think modern, sustainable tenement housing designed for 1–2 occupants.
