Concerta Holiday Break
Hi all
So I started taking medication 4 months ago with the lowest dose of 18mg and have increased to 36mg in July. I was taking them daily consistently up till start of August. I decided to stop completely as I was going on holiday for a few weeks and wanted to enjoy a few drinks. I had planned to stop drinking for a few days while away and take them but didn’t end up doing that in the end as I felt ok.
I feel the medication is beneficial for me when working to help me focus and concentrate and reduce the tension headaches I had been experiencing due to cognitive overload. It also helps reduce my impulsivity and make me feel calmer.
My question is should I experience any adverse effects when I start taking them again next week when I return to work?
