We wanted to provide another quick shipping update regarding recent orders and May Intention Box shipments.

We’re currently experiencing a slight shipping delay due to a recent system outage. Our fulfillment team is actively working to get orders moving as quickly as possible and we expect to return to our regular shipping schedule soon.

An email update was also sent at 9 AM this morning to impacted customers, including applicable shop orders and Intention Box subscribers.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please know it is still being processed and you will receive tracking information as soon as your package is ready to head your way.
