Looking for a roomate
Looking for someone to rent out an extra bedroom in my house.
Rent would be $700 flat with all utilities included. Room has a closet, two windows with blackout curtains, a queen size bed, and bedside table. Property has a lot of off street parking, washer, dryer, full kitchen, and living room. Plenty of nearby shopping and located near the Aubrey square. I have one roomate currently, he keeps to himself mostly. I work in aubrey so im not usually far away in case something comes up. I have two cats, and I keep their necessities in my room but they do wander the house freely.
