Does Parsley effect the taste of food or just enhances the look?
My moms a cook, she sells food weekly at different venues and uses Parsley in a bunch her dishes.
I always thought it made the food look so much better and wondered what it tastes like.
so i sprinkles some on my finger and broke it up with my canines and the Parsley had no taste at all.
I did it infront of her to show her it has no taste but shes convinced it does.
I Did the same thing with black pepper and it burned my mouth...
Can someone clear this up, is it just me...?
