Dax and Peeb from Piemation's "How To Be Cool".

The artstyle looks like it's from the 2000's era of cartoons. It has a certain edge to it, fitting it's title. I also love how the designs contrast each other, with Peeb's design being rounder her clothes being more brightly coloured, and Dax's design being sharper and he wears darker clothing.
