I’m coming from out of province and planning to visit Cape Breton in June. I’m hoping to buy a property and am currently looking at places around Inverness and Richmond County. I’m looking for a realtor (or realtors) local to these areas who are comfortable working with clients from away.

Ideally, someone who can accommodate video tours or other remote options to help me get a feel for listings before I visit. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Left it to the last minute and my guy is booked for the rest of the week.
Can anyone recommend someone reliable and reasonably priced that I could use going forward?
I know it’s something I could probably do myself, just don’t have the time.
