when did she wore that outfit?

Hey everyone, I have a question for a CFL related article. I’m researching when this video was shot and if you guys know if there are photos of her wearing that grey cup shirt?

EFA "not a league"?

Within 24 hours, both the President and the Commissioner of the AFLE publicly denied that the rival EFA exists as a league at all. The specific line was that there’s only one real league, and that the EFA is merely an interest group.

That’s almost certainly not a coincidence. The two of them must have coordinated this. What’s striking is that Tomsula’s comments stand in stark contrast to what he was saying just weeks earlier, when he was preaching a future unification.

What I’m wondering, and I know some people here actually work for these leagues, is what this new messaging is meant to achieve. To me it sounds like a rhetorical move with very little substance behind it, and the actual purpose isn’t clear to me.

Does anyone know more?

International perspective on the media deal

As a German CFL Fan, I think the deal the League announced today is absolutely great. CFL+ on the website was already an option, but always a bit cumbersome: you had to enter your email every time, and getting it from the browser onto a TV was never smooth. With DAZN now, and apparently YouTube starting next year, things get much easier for an international audience.

Two things stood out in the discussion here.

First, I see Canadians complaining that they’ll have to pay extra for DAZN. I’m not so sure you actually need a DAZN subscription. In Germany I have the NFL Game Pass, which is provided by DAZN. I have a DAZN account, but I don’t pay for it, because I haven’t subscribed to any of their packages. The Game Pass shows up as a single feature inside DAZN, and that’s the only thing I pay for. No DAZN base fee. By the way, DAZN also offers college football for free in Germany to anyone with an account, and they’ll do the same with the CFL. This will be fantastic for the league’s international growth. So I’d assume there’s going to be an extra package. I really don’t think you’ll have to pay thirty dollars for DAZN just to watch one game a week. That makes no sense.

Second, even if costs go up or the product is split across two services, can’t you see this is vital for the league? The CFL can’t keep going without making more money. If the teams becoming more profitable, attract investors, maybe even investors who bring in another team, sorry, I can’t see anything bad about that. And honestly, this complaining strikes me as, and that’s the funny part, extremely German. haha

There are a lot of rumours in the European Chicago Bears fandom, that the Bears will play in Madrid.
The Falcons will host a home game day there on November 8th.
Have anyone heard anything in the US about this?
I was at the London game 2024 and it was amazing.
