what mod is causing this
I'm trying to figure out if this is a mod or a setting that's causing this message to come up when i pick up a schematic. Does anyone know?

With the Success of Fallout Season 2, I'd argue it's time to revive Fallout Tactics
Fallout Tactics can totally be a bomb-ass RTS/FPS with customization for units and shit akin to something like Terminator: Dark Fate or something along those lines.
But I wanted the community's views on this.
