Is there anyone I can report this to? The poor guy was trying to load an entire oven/range ALONE and out the line of cars patiently waiting one car with two men is began honking profusely. I have their plate number and them doing it on my camera. At one point even the worker had to stop and just look at the guy like “what’s your problem dude?”. There is also a no honking sign on this street.

UPDATE: driver is being ticketed both for the honking and expired tags. Thanks for the help everyone! Very satisfying conclusion.
