Hi!

I played the game when it released back on PS4 and now since it was on sale, bought it on Steam for PC!

BUT... i have Performance issues with the game?
-The game takes quite some time until it start
-The video cutscenes (e.g. the start screen) run at what feels like 2 FPS
-The game itself once in garage / free roam struggles to run smooth, i only really get arround 50 FPS
-my CPU is most of the time at 100% utilization

SPECs:
i7 12700k
RTX 4070
32GB DDR4

Is the game really that badly optimized for PC? :/ Or is there a way to fix this?
