Need some skincare advice

I'm dealing with skin tanning even though I don't spend much time in direct sunlight. I also have some acne marks that I'd like to fade

Someone recommended using a mixture of Dermoteen Cream and Eventone C Cream, but I wanted to ask if anyone here has actually used them. Are they effective, or are there better options for treating tanning and post-acne marks?

Also, can anyone recommend an authentic store or pharmacy where I can buy genuine products at reasonable prices?

(P.S I'm male, if that makes any difference in the recommendations)
