Mexican Rice
I've recently been looking to replace the hexclad stuff I bought because the nonstick is all coming off. I was looking at Made In pans but had a specific question. If the frying pans don't have lids, how do you make something like Mexican rice where you'd start with frying the rice and finish with a lid on? I know they make the silicon universal, is that the only option? Thanks
