My wife had bulimia and compulsive bingeing UPF for 10+ years. She finally figured out how to stop. We packaged it into a 2-hour course — looking for honest feedback

posting on behalf of my wife. she's not on reddit much.

she dealt with bulimia, compulsive bingeing, and what she'd now call full-on food addiction for over a decade. saw psychologists, a psychiatrist, tried every diet that exists. none of it really moved the needle until she went very deep into the neuroscience side — dopamine, conditioning, insulin crashes, the gut piece — and built her own system around it.

she's basically free of it now. cravings are gone, no more 300g chocolate nights. and after a year of writing it all down she packaged it into a short course (about 2 hours of video across 9 modules) on udemy.

she put together a 2-hour course covering:

  • the food addiction mechanism itself (dopamine, conditioning, the food industry side)
  • how chronic insulin elevation cascades into SHBG
  • solution stuff: food framework heavy on protein + fat, environment design, what to do with cravings, the longer-term identity piece

we have a handful of free coupons we can share if anyone wants to take it for a spin and tell us what landed, what didn't, what's missing. the only ask is honest feedback — we're explicitly trying to make it actually useful before we put any real marketing behind it.

drop a comment if you want a code and i'll dm you.

(disclosure: yes i'm her husband. yes there's a paid version eventually. no this isn't a $2k coaching thing. the course is and will stay cheap. if it sucks, tell us, we'll fix it.)
