How to get puppy off pee pads
We rescued a husky puppy who was trained on pee pads by the foster as he didn’t have any of his shots so she didn’t want to take him outside and are just having the HARDEST time getting him off them.
We’ve tried moving them closer and closer to outside and he’ll pee on them but also just pee in the spot it used to be. If I take him outside to the back of the house he’ll pee and I try to do that as much as I can but he gets lazy and just pees on the pee pads too.
He also just won’t pee on walks. I try to walk him as much as I can since I work from home and it’s been so busy lately and my husband is recovering from an injury and can’t walk. He gets an hour walk in the morning and won’t owe the whole time on it. I’ve tried bringing the pads outside as well
Hes 6 months old now and we’ve had him for about 3 of those months. But we are desperate to get him off these pads I don’t wanna clean up pee and poo for the rest of my life. He has 24 hr access to outside.
