BMW Loyalty Question
My mother is looking for a car for my brother to take to college, as he is commuting. I decided to go with my friend to help her look for possible deals on a lease. I went to a BMW dealership and discussed possible options. My family has never owned a BMW, but my friend who I went with currently owns one. The salesperson who we were speaking to gave us the rates for both loyalty and non-loyalty. While looking at the car that we would possibly lease, she suggested that we could provide an insurance statement with my mother’s name and my friend’s BMW to get the loyalty rate. From what I understood, she said that we could possibly photoshop an insurance card to show that we have a BMW already. Does anyone have experience with something like this? My mother is concerned with any possible repercussions from doing something like this. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
