My visa is valid for one year, allowing me to stay in Germany for 86 days on a single entry. Will this visa issue a problem with staying in Germany for 86 days and then leaving? My concern is about staying for 86 days in one go. I'd appreciate help from anyone who knows.

I have a one-year multi-entry visa with a 90-day validity period. Staying there for 86 days constitutes visa misuse. I would appreciate it if knowledgeable people could comment and tell me if I will experience any problems in the future.

I am a Turkish citizen. I received a 7-day German visa when I applied from Türkish Then, in 2019, I went to Dubai to work. In 2022, I received a 6-month visa, and then again in late 2022, a one-year visa. I am currently in Türkey.I'm waiting for an appointment to get a visa with an invitation letter. I previously received a one-year visa in 2022 and 2023, and I used it very well. Now, for the visa I'm applying for, how many years will they grant it? Two years or three years?🙏🏾
