Anyone have any reccs for classes/courses/people that offer communication and/or public speaking classes for adults?

For some context, my partner is of SEA background & English is his 2nd language. He's fluent in that all of his education has been in English and he works in a corporate role comfortably. However he really struggles with confidence, cadence & language structure when speaking especially in interviews/improv settings. He tried preply tutors without much luck. Wanted to see if anyone had any reccs.

This is going to sound really stupid but I didn't realize that we're meant to have an ongoing CPD record as HMOs or unaccredited registrars outside of training. I moved over from the UK and wasn't aware of this until recently. I was under the impression that we only set these up once on a training programme.

Currently an ED reg & planning to apply for ACEM training this year. Have I shot myself in the foot by not maintaining a portfolio? To start one now, what CPD homes do people most likely use?
