Need guidance on choosing an estimate for small repair to roof

Apologies if this is not the right sub for this type of question.

We have a small drip on a bedroom ceiling coming from a nail pop. Sheathing is bubbled up in that spot.

Scope of the job is roughly: demo, replace appx. 4'x4' section of sheathing, paper, new shingles.

I have three estimates: $750 (6 mo. warranty), $2100 (1 year and color-match the worn shingles in that part of the roof), and $2500 (1 year).

Can I cheap out on this, or is worth spending more for the better warranty? The more expensive options seem to be bigger shops (e.g., emailed estimates). The cheaper option guy did not go in the attic, just inspected the roof; both of the 2k+ guys went in the attic.

If it matters, our general area is South Florida (not on the ocean).

Thank you in advance!
