What is the realationship between hcg and testosterone?

I've read some literature that suggests hcg has close relations to testosterone, but in practice how noticeable is that effect? Can you actually feel a difference while taking hcg alone, or does it need to be combined with other compounds to actually produce noticeable testosterone benefits? I'm consi͏dering+ starting a peptide stack, so your experiences are appreciated.

Feeling lost using AI code tools until I tried slowing down with specs

I've been diving deep into AI-assisted coding lately, but tbh I’m starting to hit this weird wall. Tools like Rep͏lit Ag͏ent are crazy fast at spitting out working code, but once that initial wow factor faded, I realized my team and I had no clue what half the stuff under the hood was doing. It's like we stopped writing code and started debugging AI guesses. Every time requirements shift a bit, we end up spending hours reverse-engineering whatever logic it improvised from the original prompt. The speed looked great on paper, but the fragility has been rough.

The turning point for me was messing around with Re͏my / MindS͏tudio, which utilizes spec-driven development, and with this concept, all these hidden assumptions become resolved upfront. This tweak has saved me a TON of debugging time later because the generated code had a purpose and updated accordingly with changed priorities.

I’m still not sure what the ideal workflow looks like between human-written specs, AI codegen, and review. It feels like there’s a sweet spot where AI isn’t just “auto code,” but an actual collaborator that forces you to think clearly. Anyone else finding that the more structure you give these models, the better the code ends up being? Or are folks here still in the “just prompt and pray” phase like I was a few months ago?

Tracking growth at 2 years, my sulcata seems smaller than what I see in other people's updates here

Looking for an honest gut check from people with more experience. My sulcata just turned 2 years old. He is currently 11 cm long (about 4.3 inches) and weighs around 380 grams.

From posts I have seen on this sub, I keep reading about 2 year olds in the 8 to 10 inch range. Mine feels noticeably smaller than that.

Diet: grass and hay free choice, fresh weeds and leaves daily, a small maz͏uri portion 2 to 3 times a week, calcium dusting on the fresh stuff, no fruit. Soaks 2 to 3 times a week in lukewarm water.

Husbandry: temps are 90 to 95 F basking, 75 ambient, dropping to about 70 at night. UVB on a timer, replaced 9 months in. Enclosure is 4 by 8 feet indoor with a substrate of cypress mulch and coco coir mix.

He is active, eats well, shell is smooth so far. Just want to make sure I am not unintentionally stunting him by something I am missing. Open to honest feedback, I would rather hear it now than in another year.
