85mm f1.4 Pro for Z new firmware 1.09 continuos focus mode is slow!
Hi, I just update my 85mm f1.4 Pro Z firmware from 1.08 to 1.09 today.
And I do test it's stability and functionality, and felt that it's AF-C continuos focus is not as fast and precise as former 1.08 firmware. When I use 1.08, just continue to press half shutter and move focus from near object to far object and vice versa, focusing was quick and precise.
But with 1.09, it seems very slow and can't get even focus sometimes.
Only am I feel like this with this new firmware?
With 35mm f1.2 LAB Z (firmware 1.05), same object and distance with same AF-C mode, quick and precise as always. just move crosshair here and there, and focus follows my move very fast.. 1.08 for 85mm was a bit slower than 35mm f1.2 LAB but fast enough!
But this 1.09 firmware AF-C mode feels 90 years old man's running...! I feel something is wrong with this firmware.... I did update again twice, but same result.
