Just saw two electric bikes of delivery drivers get stolen by SUV at 12:20am. Two guys worked very quickly. A blacked out escalade sat double parked on Clay St for a few minutes then a hooded man got out and grabbed the first bike. Could hear him cut the lock and saw him put it in the back of the vehicle. Was told by building staff that they just stole another in the 5mins or so that it took me and s/o to walk around corner to Dupont. Felt terrible for poor delivery driver and wish we got the plate of the truck.
