I lived in usa for more than 10 years and my last visa status was h1B. I was laid off last year in Jan and had to change my visa status to B2 from h1B. I changed my status to H1B once I got full time. I moved to Canada a month before my H1B job ended on December 2025. I want to apply for tourist visa and what are my chances of approval and how long will it be valid for?
I am a Canadian PR. I plan to apply B2 visa only for tourism purposes.
