My boyfriend and I were sat in bath and I was chilling out singing some music having a good old time and he snapped at me and said jsut shut up I haven’t spoken a word to him I’d be then that was at 11:45

My boyfriend struggles with his anger due to trauma and mental health issues. It’s now getting out of hand causing us to potentially get booted out of our housing association.we live in separate propities he has most kick offs at night when I’m not there due to the rules. He punches walls and breaks stuff stabs stuff and reviving support from a mental health worker.however tonight he’s broke his punching bag in half in left to clean all the mess form it up blood glass sand everything a sits too much do a risk to do himself. Sometimes it scares me and has started being a little rude to me I’ve told him how I felt about it today I thought he’d clicked but he hadn’t. Any advice on how to manage it as it’s begging to drain me ?
