Aggressive cutting

Hi! I am a 19 y/o male, 5’10 and have gone from 195 to 173 since January 2026. I am doing okay but for the past couple weeks I’ve been stuck between the 175-173 range and it feels like even physically I’m not becoming any leaner. For reference I eat around 1650 calories per day and get around 155 G protein. I go to the gym 5-6 days per week and do around 20 minutes of cardio after. I could be more strict with my cardio but I’m still surprised I am so stuck. I have had 1 cheat meal for Mother’s Day with my mom and ate a lot, but I figured I should be back into the swing of things. I’ve been 175-173 since around April 30th and am wondering if I need to further reduce calories? Or what should I do? I’m flabby in the mid section and it’s not really leaning out much. How much longer should I cut before trying a new approach? Any tips?
