This city has a different take on crime.
A friend gave me an idea I’m calling the No Crime Theory. Crime still exists, but it is not the foundation of the city. The goal is to break the usual robbery, gunplay, hospital, repeat cycle that a lot of RP cities fall into.
Instead of constant instant-dispatch crime loops, we’re building systems where crime is rare, hidden, and meaningful.
Right now, the city has a whitelisted criminal system with limited criminal slots. These criminals get access to jobs that directly affect the city and give law enforcement something to actually investigate. No more instant “this house was robbed” alerts. Dispatches can come from delayed reports, allowing PD to arrive, secure a scene, collect evidence, and follow leads.
Civilian work also matters. Fishing and hunting can produce packaged goods. Those goods build up into supply stock, and truck drivers can take contracts to deliver them to restaurants, gas stations, and other businesses. Those deliveries help restock the city and keep the economy moving.
There is still a lot of work to do and I'm still fine-tuning, but I’m looking for people willing to help test systems, find bugs, give feedback, and help shape what should be added, removed, or improved.
